March 27, 20179 yr Bam kept getting his shot blocked. About 70% of those blocks were fouls. Meeks and Hicks each has 8 or 9 fouls if they had called them. They called them in Vegas but not today.
March 27, 20179 yr What I like about Coach Cal and the Cats is that they seem to really care and where that UK jersey with pride! If you watched Lonzo Ball the other night when they lost it was like he didn't care and I thought he played that way also. Even though it's one year and they are about to make millions you could see Bam, Monk, and Fox were giving everything they had. Now that's one of the funniest things I've ever read. It is unfortunate that lack of defense from the 4 spot is what ended up killing UK, imo. Most people knew that UK was solid 4 away from being the best team in the country. Now the fun part comes, who stays and who goes. Who hires an agent and who doesn't, and for the love of God can we get Mohammed Bamba here next season!!!! Anyone think that any of the Big 3 (Fox, Monk, and Bam) stay? That's funny too. Couldn't agree more. We should buy lottery tickets tomorrow. :lol2: C'mon y'all, quit being so funny. :jump:

March 27, 20179 yr UNC had a great game plan in getting into them defensively/ disrupting Fox and Monk. Another telling stat in this one was that UNC outrebounded U.K. by 11. U.K. has a 6 point lead w/ over 5 min left ....t/o UNC, they go zone and score 12 consecutive points. That was huge. As for the officiating, the 1st half "no calls" on UNC all over the backs, hacking arms of Bam and Fox combined with no calls on the UNC guards pushing off their defender were imo obvious. I hardly ever say a word about officiating but is jmo the obvious along these lines merit it. Don't get me saying the game was all one sided, there were enough bad calls both ways to go around. i do believe that anyone that knows anything about basketball and looks unbias at a replay, especially the 1st half would say the same. I like to see the officials let the players decide the game and these wanted all to know that they were there. Anyway, overall a good season, looking forward to next season. As for the rest of the tourney .....imo UNC wins it all and ...Go South Carolina.
