Definitely was a huge play. I believe he had 7 points, 7 boards, 6 assists, and 0 turnovers.

This. Briscoe usually has a few really bad turnovers. Now, we need to get Fox to clean up his silly mistakes.

Vandy also beat Florida at Florida a couple weeks ago, they are much impoved

If anyone else is curious, I just looked up their seniors:

#24 Cressler - Seemed like the announcers implied he's one of their better players. Was stuck in foul trouble.

#3 Kornet - The leading three pointer shooter above 7' in the history of the NCAA.

He looked pretty rough last night. I'll say it was because he hasn't really practiced in a week.

I have noticed though, seems like he gets stripped a little more than usual the last few games he's played.

I don't think his ankle is completely normal still. He's pretty banged up. Also, did he have his right hand wrapped last night, or was I imagining things?

A good sign for UK is when Monk gets to the FT line. 10 attempts last night. 11 the game before. He can rack up points even when he is not on, like last night. Before he would just hang out on the perimeter.

What has happened to Wenyen Gabriel? He had a point explosion against UGA, and since that time he has scored 13 points total in 6 games. Ouch.

As frustrated as I was to see them be down 19 points to Vandy at home, that was an impressive comeback(s), late in the 1st half and early in the 2nd anytime the Cats would get within striking distance it seemed like Vandy would always pull something out of their rear ends to kill the UK momentum.

This teams seems to have that clutch gene(with the exception of Willis' free-throws) which will take them far in March.

It's definitely a nice added facet to his offensive game. Helps to get him going off the FT line too!

Seems like Willis has been eating his minutes.

Better rebounder, better deep threat, and has been getting some nice off the ball blocks.

Noticeable difference the last few games. He's become the playmaker for this team.

Looks to me like Cal is showing Fox some tough love even if he is not 100%.

He really hasn't played as much. Willis has been playing well and been getting most of the minutes.

I am not buying this team in March, not even 1 share.

The tiebreaker after head-to-head is record against the next team in the standings. Florida's loss to South Carolina clinched it for Kentucky.

The only thing there I'm not totally clear on is that Arkansas could still get past South Carolina. It would have to be a tie, but I believe if Arkansas lost to Florida but then beat Georgia, they'd be 12-6. If South Carolina lost to Ole Miss, they'd also be 12-6. South Carolina lost their only meeting with Arkansas, so Arkansas would be the 3 seed.

Florida would be 2-0 against Arkansas. Kentucky would be 1-0. At that point my question would be, does 2-0 outrank 1-0? Or do they go by the percentage (which each would be 1.000)? If the former, then Kentucky hasn't clinched. If the latter, Kentucky has because it would then move to the 4th team, South Carolina.
