Send him back to West Virginia. In terms of performance most likely his skills have slipped. However some act like he hasn't do well in awhile. When in fact he had a very good year 2 years ago in 2015 and was rated as one of the best corners in football. Last year not so much. So most likely last year was the start of the rapid decline Dbs go through. I agree he should have been gone the next day after his January arrest. However I guess the one good thing is, he seems to play his best during contract years and or years where people count him out.
