How far do/did you live from your In-Laws?

Only one remaining. She is about 20-25 minutes away in assisted living. The Mrs. visits her a few times a week.

We did live with her for about 3 months while our house was being built. Wonderful lady.

Whole family lives within 5 miles of each other. Wish I had enough property that would hold all of them. Family is my most cherished asset!

I live in Henderson.

 

In-laws live in Bowling Green (about 1 1/2 hour drive).

 

My parents live in Henderson.

I'm in Louisville, while my parents and all of my family live in NKY along with my in-laws and all of my wife's family - so about an hour and twenty minutes away.

 

We go back and visit about once every 3 or 4 weeks, and we probably average once a month on visits from either my parents or my in-laws. My wife and I are both very tight with our families, and we're looking forward to moving back to NKY to be nearer to them once med school/residency is over with.

As of yesterday the inlaws will be about 10 minutes away in about a month, but they wont be living in my basement :dancingpa

3 1/2 hours from my wife's parents.
