Does any one know anything about the alignment of playoffs for 07-08?

does any one know anything about the alignment of playoffs for 07-08?

I believe its in district ....1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3. Winners play at highest seed and district winners play opposite district at even or odd # year.

I thought this playoff format began this season?

 

So this is all hypothetical with the teams but tell me if I got the format down.

Rounds 1

 

Corbin vs. Wayne

Casey vs. Garrard

Etown vs. Western

Again these are just hypothetical situations and not my predictions but is this how the format is?
