Bad cold.....help !!!

Featured Replies

I have been saddled with a really bad cold all week. I have been drinking Organic Green Tea, Extra Vitamin C packets, Dayquil and still feel like crap.

What works best?

Chicken soup! Best if made by a loved one.

Or just stop in to one of those Kroger little clinics

A wise person once told me that if you treat a cold, it will last two weeks.

If you don't, it will last 14 days.

Hot Toddy

About 8 pm one evening take a dbl shot of nyquil and don't set your alarm.

Bourbon on the rocks every hour. For a really bad cold, skip the rocks.

Big fan of 100 proof. Doesn't reduce the length of time, but sure helps you not care as much....

Also a believer in steam treatment. Hot shower, breathing steam help the bronchials...

On the foods I eat when I have a cold, chicken noodle soup and any foods with onions in them.

If I am having chills or anything similar to that, I like to soak in the tub for a while
