The LHS coach who is a heavy set bald white guy was yelling at the people standing along the fence. Never seen anything like that from a coach in all my life.

The teams in front of the opposite teams fans makes zero sense, and there is no good explanation for it.

The fans in the stands yelled at the head coach to get his players.

 

Maybe, just maybe if the visiting team was in front of their own fans WHERE THEY SHOULD BE it wouldn't have happened.

 

One thing I've noticed SK fans seem to be fairly thin skinned are very quick to throw out the classless tag after they get beat. One of the reasons I hold them is such low regard.

Sure there is. Dodgem can't coach in front of his own fans.

SK wil lose 6 Seniors who started on defense 2 DL, 2 LB and 2 DB. DE Tucker Mueller, NT Blake Powell, LB Taylor Holtkamp, LB Dalton Finnell, CB Taylor Galbraith and S Jacob Harney.

 

SK will lose 5 Seniors on offense who started RB Dillon Powell, WR Logan Scott, OL Josh Morrison, OL Ryan Clark and David Sandlin.

 

IMO SK will be just as good next year. As long as that QB is there they will be fine. Plus they have done a great job of building that team up over the years.

So you're predicting running roughshod over a weak schedule and a flameout in the playoffs. Gotcha.

It says a lot about a team when everyone wants them to lose to the season long favorite.

It says everyone outside of Kenton County recognizes a concerted effort on behalf of the AD to schedule nobody and pad the record. SK has beaten no one of any substance in their little run here over the last couple years. People see that. When you play nobody in district, at least step out once a year and travel to Louisville and play one of the big boys. And I'm not talking about a scrimmage. Go across the river and play somebody, doesn't even have to be a GCL school. Play Colerain. Or Winton Woods. Or Fairfield or Mason. Play somebody, and the rest of the state will stop waiting on the inevitable loss. Has nothing to do with any poster on this board.

He's not white he is a African American and he had a reason because they where getting heckled all night by SK fans

SK almost got beat by Cooper which in reality is a 5a school playing up.

Sorry to see this result for the local kids, but love it that UK gets to chow down on his annual feast of deep fried crow!

Not sure why all the bashing on the SK schedule. A couple of the teams they played this year were down, but it is hard to project how good they will be when you schedule for the most part. If you looked at it the beginning of the year, it looks pretty solid. Sure there are no T or X, (except for the scrimmage), and not many people are ringing the phone off the hook to go get blasted by a GCL power, but overall I would put that schedule up against about anyone in the state.

 

I will give Lafayette credit for beating Scott County and SK in back to back weeks, not easy to do. Simon every year in the playoffs really struggle with teams with good speed, and not sure what they can do to give them a better chance to win. However, give credit to the coaching staff for bringing this program from a team that could not win a playoff game in the past, to making deep playoff runs every year.

By the looks of it getting blasted by Trinity sure helped Lafayette figure some things out. Even though T fell short against Male in the playoffs that first game, that wasn't close, sure helped the Rocks close the gap. Not enough unfortunately, but it helped.

 

You don't need to have the absurd schedule that T had in 11, 12, and 13, but it does help to schedule 1-2 teams that resemble the kind of teams you have to defeat to win the title.

 

It doesn't have to be T either, it could just as easily be 1 or 2 teams across the river. I think a game that can help expose your weaknesses is good for a team.
