You are smarter than that, they were recruiting Drew but they were going after Deshaun Watson extremely hard. Even though Watson had verbally committed to Clemson, OSU was hoping they could flip him. It came down to make an offer or stop recruiting, that was in 2012. OSU and their all out pursuit of Watson cost them other qbs that they were recruiting. In the end it worked out great for Collier, and OSU has done just fine as well.

Geez , I need to remember the internet is sometime difficult to convey a point . I got accused of being " holier than thou" and I pointed out that 25-26 years as a college student I too got a DUI .. And I paid for it and have not repeated the act . That shouldnt disqualify me from saying that Urban and the Bucks screwed this situation up . First of all , take a bit of time and make sure to gather the facts before handing out the punishment. To have a DUI and the school take official action so quickly looks like crisis management not concern over right/wrong and teaching the young man a lesson . And with Urbans reputation it was a great spot to say " it appears the 2 week suspension is the Univ rule , meaning it was set in place to cost the player 2 games , because we have a bye week I'm going to extend the suspend the player for the Illinois game as well" but no we got a slap on the wrist and the minimal interruption of the program .

Let's just stop with your complete lunacy. I never took any shot at JT. I questioned you inability to see the seriousness of the act of DUI. Calling it a citation was a slap in the face to all of the members of MADD. You want to take shots at Barker.........have at it. At least my posts are factual. And yes I dislike the bucks , but dislike aside , they are giving the appearance they are not taking this situation very serious .

3 out the 4 national journalist on Espns Sports Reporters thought 1 game was far too light . They were highly critical as well .
