Cardale may be able to throw the ball all the way to that team up north but Devin Smith isn't on this years team, there's not a deep threat really this year like him (that gets to play). JT is more accurate and has the ability to run which gives way more of an advantage this year than Cardales gun

Figured they'd just sit him out the first quarter or first half. That's a classic college sports discipline move. That, or when a kid randomly shows up on the injury report and sits out a game for an undisclosed injury because he got busted for weed.

To me it seems like someone is making a point to another poster that just throwing things out there for the heck of it goes both ways. The "in talking to a friend of one of the coach's" I think gives it a way. Wait till he talks about making a phone call to talk to UM to get to the bottom of it. I also support OSU's right to discipline how they wish. My issue is that they SEEM to be going against their own policy.

You're still pretty sore that Tom Herman passed on Barker huh and chose Stephen Collier over him a 3 star QB over a 4 star. Wonder why that was, it wasn't his throwing ability.

The idea that JT isn't liked by his teammates couldn't be further from the truth. He was voted team captain BY HIS TEAMMATES way before the team had decided on a QB. JT is one of the most well respected guys on the entire team and has been the vocal leader all year. He has been the one giving pregame speeches before every game, even the games Cardale started. Thats why the news hit me so hard because he is truly a really good guy, just made a mistake that he will learn from and will use this to help become a more effective leader for the team both on and off the field so others won't make the same mistake he made that night. Also, take a lap if you believe JT was in anyway at fault with the incident he had with his girlfriend. He was the victim in that circumstance.
