That appears to be correct. First timers with a misdemeanor placed into an education program from what I gather. What I can't grasp is why misdemeanor vs felony?

I don't really care if he's suspended one game, two games, or for the rest of the season. My issue is that Ohio State did not appear to follow their own internal policies. How do you justify that?

 

My understanding (and please, correct me if I'm wrong) is that Ohio State's Drug & Alcohol Policy requires a 2 game suspension. Barrett has only received a one (1) game suspension. How do you justify this?

I get that you kind of recanted it, but your locker room diatribe on JT was certainly just that and IMO poorly thought out. Not you, but there have been a couple UK posters here praising UK for their zero policy D&A policy. JA brought a perfect example to the table and those folks are now in hiding. Thats pretty harsh. Good thing UM is such a look the other way disciplinarian.... Is this a normal action? Yikes. As an out of state student that tuition bill is gonna be steep.
