Auburn 30 Kentucky 27

The fire drill that was AU's last punt was interesting. I don't think I've ever seen a team with 8 players on the field.

It appeared they had no intention of returning it. If not, why not just put your D out there just in case they go for it?

Well. It wasn't Ryan Timmons dropping the passes this year in crucial games.

It's been Baker, Badet.

But I guess they get no back lash like Ryan does???

UK beat UK

Well he still loves to catch punts inside the ten routinely.

Just sayin!

I just wonder if we can get an explanation as to why the kid from Auburn fan out of bounds with 3:10 on the clock and the clock didn't stop.

As a completely neutral observer I think play calling was really good. That play in third and three was Towles recognizing a coverage and making a play. WR has to make that catch, he had it and let the db punch it out on way down. UK still deficient in talent to compete with SEC teams on a consistent basis.

Nah, saw it in Park Hills aplenty! Sorry, had to do it.

I'm still seeing it this year.

From my understanding clock starts on set of ball until inside 2 minutes in 4th qtr?

How about my guy Garrett Johnson tonight? He was great.

Legit

Let's be fair to Badet. It was a heavily contested play.

Too lazy to look but who was our poster who kept saying how bad UK was going to get drilled by AU? I remember 42-17 as the prediction.

If I'm a Kentucky WR Recruit I'm all In if I haven't decided yet. It showed tonight that there is still major need for Improvement across the board. Way too many Easy drops....There will always be bad throws and a drop or two but not the # of drops we witnessed tonight. Kentucky also needs to find more than 1 kicker that can find the EndZone on Kickoffs. Not 1 kickoff got anywhere close to the EndZone tonight. If 1 kick did then I Sneeezed and missed it. I know our Punts reached the Goal Line....

Okay. I was wondering why it didn't stop. When did that change or has it always been like that?

Agree. But big time players make big time plays in big time games. Cliche enough? An Alabama WR makes that catch. Or LSU. Or Texas A&M. Thats the talent difference
