Excellent performance by Towles. I had this one 24-13 Cats and they did not disappoint.

I love the inverted wishbone, that has been the strongest run formation all year. I know they can't run it exclusively but man they run hard out of that formation.

Defense with another strong performance too.

Shannon Dawson's playcalling though is still a massive worry to me. He seems to get rather timid in the 2nd half. I think he needs to start getting a bit more aggressive especially on 1st down.

I agree, he can run! I wish he would pull it one time on the zone read, he would gash teams!

 

I only got to see the second half, but it all looked good to me. Like I have said many times, Stoops sticking with his decision helps everyone, short term and long term.

This team can be good when Towles doesn't play like :poop:. With Auburn's early struggles, I don't think there's anyone left on the schedule that's head and shoulders better than UK. A lot of winnable games left. The Cats could stay right in the thick of the SEC East.
