Wednesday and Friday seem to be dry I can't say it will be a complete washout but, WKY, Louisville and the Cincinnati/NKY area look to get most of the precipitation. It looks to break on Friday but ramp back up again Saturday.

nWo
Breaking things down, how does the North Eastern part of Ky.(Robertson,Mason,Bracken,Pendleton) look rain-wise? I'd say around an 1" up to 1.5 at the most. The heaviest accumulation look to be from around Bowling Green up to Louisville then into NKY/Cincinnati area. The Louisville area could see 2+ inches. Also south central KY from around Bowling Green eastward to around Corbin and just south of Richmond in the same range. I'll update later.
