The local Cincinnati stations seem to be saying Thursday could be sun up to sun down rain event for some. Is that what you are getting? Wednesday and Friday seem to be dry
I can't say it will be a complete washout but, WKY, Louisville and the Cincinnati/NKY area look to get most of the precipitation.

It looks to break on Friday but ramp back up again Saturday.

Excessive Rainfall outlook map

This map shows the risk of excessive rainfall exceeding flash flood guidance. As everyone can see all of Kentucky is in a slight risk area for flash flooding Thursday.

As of this morning WKY looks to be the hardest hit. They are looking at maybe 2+ inches of rain Through Thursday. The rest of Kentucky look to get 1-2" from Thursday through Friday.

I will update throughout the day when info warrants it.

Breaking things down, how does the North Eastern part of Ky.(Robertson,Mason,Bracken,Pendleton) look rain-wise?

I'd say around an 1" up to 1.5 at the most. The heaviest accumulation look to be from around Bowling Green up to Louisville then into NKY/Cincinnati area. The Louisville area could see 2+ inches.

I just took a quick peak at the NAM 48 accumulation model. It shows the Louisville area in the 2-3" range. Also south central KY from around Bowling Green eastward to around Corbin and just south of Richmond in the same range. I'll update later.

Here is today's rain 24 hr precipitation outlook from 8 am today until 8 am Friday. The X is centered pretty much on the area you asked about. It shows about 1.32 inches of rain accumulation.
