November 11, 20169 yr I'd hate to think that a juror will change their mind because it's Friday afternoon. Same here. Judge has already said they will be there over the weekend if needed too.

November 12, 20169 yr Jury had questions regarding definition of "under arrest" and "evading." Are those the questions the judge refused to answer?
November 12, 20169 yr I'll admit I am pretty dense when it comes to the legal system and how it works, can someone explain what a hung jury means? Do they have to go back through the whole trial again for a new jury? Is he automatically retried or does prosecutor have to decide if they want to try him again?

It is up to the prosecutor whether they go through the trial again, typically he will poll the jury, and see how close they were on either charge and decide then whether to move forward or not. My guess is they will retry him on Manslaughter charges, but not murder. the murder charge was ridiculous to begin with.

November 12, 20169 yr As Clyde mentioned, can they add another charge such as involuntary manslaughter if they choose to go to trial again? @Getslow ??
November 12, 20169 yr  This guy is going to walk in the end. I dont know either way. If Sam Dubose does what hes asked though, does Tensing still just go through the motions and then ultimately shoot him in the head? Honest question, i dont think he does undee above circumstances and i think thats what the jury is struggling with.
