I'm curious as to what the video turns up.

Hopefully the video is clear and the action is in frame so that there is no speculation either way as to if the shooting was justified or not.

Well if he handed the officer a bottle of alcohol through the window when asked for his license I can see it going downhill pretty quickly from there.

Nope, my guess is both sides will see what they want to see.

13 to 20 kids??? Sounds like a real contributer to society. I'm sure he has taken care of his kids by providing support.

 

But, that doesn't mean he should be shot unless he deserved it based on actions that are not yet known at this time.

Read in the comments section where he was being dragged by the car as the deceased was trying to get away. Not sure where that came from as it didn't appear in the brief description of the incident that I read.

I'll give you some of the 75 arrests in 20 years as DWB but what does his skin color matter when talking about fathering 13 to 20 kids? Sounds like the guy was a turd whether he was black or not.
