Probably getting a couple of buckets of Sunflower Seeds and a bag of nuts to be named later

Three Minor League LHP's :ohbrother: , one of them with have had Tommy John Surgery in his past .....all for one of the best RHP in baseball. :meh:

BAD deal .... no front line starter or MLB players at all ? The Reds will Always be Losers.

Didn't get that much.

3 left handed arms for one 200 million dollar arm the Reds couldn't afford on the back 9 of his career.

You do know Finnegan is a major leaguer right?

This isn't a video game. The Reds got the number 2 prospect for the Royals, a guy who could turn out to be a 3-5 starter, and a young rising lefty. For a Rental is was a great deal

Finnegan is a very good arm.

The Reds got three guys that figure to maybe be in the equation for the rotation in the future. Lamb I would suspect pitches this year in the rotation for th Reds. Finnegan will either go to the pen and instantly become our most exciting reliever if Chapman goes or he will be stretched out to take over for leake if he gets dealt. Reed is a very impressive arm that hasn't disappointed after being a second round pick just last season. This all for a guy they couldn't afford and this is a much better haul than one comp pick. Lefties don't grow on trees and all three of these guys instantly become the most talented left handed arms in the Reds organization outside of Garrett.

Everything I have read seems to indicate this was a very good deal for the Reds, all things considered.

I respect other's opinions and I honestly hope that you're all right. I just disagree and if these guys work out I will eat crow and say it. :thumb:

What would've made you happy?

The little kid in me is sad today. I know the Redlegs are small market and cannot hold on to their superstars. This business deal HAD to be made for the good of the company which is the Cincinnati Reds. Cueto deserves to go make as much money for his family as he can. The old man in me understands this well, he's just going to have to console that little kid in me.

Does the interpreter get traded also?

I would say so. I cannot remember, does he also interpret for Chapman?
