I haven't noticed anything...and I'm in it regularly.

Seems it is almost fixed though the announcer for the Columbus Clippers said they are still having the issues most of the nation was having according to several news sources.

I've checked my Twitter feed probably 4 or 5 times today. Haven't noticed any issues. What are people complaining about?

As a website that is free for the absolute vast majority of users, I have a hard time complaining about occasional glitches. Twitter is a massive website that has been around for almost 2 decades...so the amount of programming that has been revised and re-written, and revised and re-written, and revised and re-written undoubtedly numbers in the millions of lines of code. And I'm sure in 20 years time they've had to switch entire programming languages at least a time or two as well. So if they ever want to revise ANYTHING on the site, it's gonna be a monumental effort beyond what most people outside of the computer science world can comprehend in order to just make that happen, much less make that happen without any glitches at any point.

With the number of changes that are being made to the site in the post-Elon Musk takeover era, I think it's more than impressive that they haven't had to completely take the site down on several occasions in order to upload their changes. And personally speaking, I haven't had any negative experiences at this point from any of Elon's changes. As a matter of fact, I think most of them are notable improvements. 

There were limits to the tweets you could read along with several other glitches. Heck even our local news reported on it. There were all kids of # concerning Musk and not one was good. Here is one of the many articles that were on the new about it.

For the last two days, Elon Musk has claimed that Twitter is under attack from “several hundred organizations” who were conducting “EXTREME levels of data scraping,” forcing them to bring “large numbers of servers online on an emergency basis” and enact emergency measures.

They started limiting how many tweets you could see per day. Only 600 for nom-verified users. This is the kinda thing that will quickly kill Twitter because people won’t pay for it.

I think he’s losing money hand over fist and is trying to drive people to pay for the check mark. It is overflowing with advertisements now, but all junk that seems like “As Seen on TV” stuff. I’m amazed at how quickly he drove it into the ground (unless, of course, that was his goal).

The reality is he never thought he would actually own Twitter, but he roped himself into it. And I am not saying he is doing anything right or wrong as I am not smart enough to understand how to turn a profit with this stuff? I get the feeling it is the same for Elon as evident by him trying to weasel his way out of the acquisition.

Maybe I don't look at Twitter as often as I thought cause I've never had an issue, hit a rate limit, or anything.

Same.  Only thing for me was the VERY obvious bot requests to follow me or comment.  Aside from that, no issues.

Same.  I actually really like Twitter, have a decent amount of followers, and enjoy the app "most" of the time.  I've found if you pour in good, and can ignore the obvious trolls looking to stir things up, you get mostly good out.  I've never had nor hit any rate limit, and again, I'm a fairly regular user, that all seems much ado about nothing...at least from my limited perspective.
