If it is non written is that a policy they would overlook if there was a person they couldn't refuse? Not suggesting names just curious as to how firm that non written policy is.

I was told a Moeller assistant (Crable, maybe?) Might be who the Colonels look at to fill the position.

The switch from public to private is a tough one financially. Any of these public school teacher/coaches have the years to retire and make it work? Lickert is way too young to be close to earning a public schoo retirement
