I believe you hit the nail on the head, he'll be a coach next year regardless of who comes in. Introducing new head coach tomorrow I am led to believe.

Was at the St Joes/St PiusX 8th grade basketball game today and there is a buzz in the air down there about this whole football hiring. First off, let me say, what a game. OT wiin going to St PiusX. Thelen was a beast but the big red head Tyler Fleek boy from St Joes must have scored 35+. And without playing the first 5 min or so. Where do these kids come from. CCH basketball has it going for sure. I mean afterwards, you would have thought you just auditioned for CCH Basketball with the treatment they got from the assistant coach. Awesome and you can see why CCH is top dog. And I digress.

 

I guess you have to ask yourself, will CCH football now become the team to beat in NKY/KY as did the basketball team did a few years ago with their hiring of Ruthsatz. I guess only time will tell. How long does he get to make the big dance again? I will say his best chance will be next year because after that, his competition will make it extremely tough to move deep into the playoffs let alone the State Championship. These things run in cycles and another cycle is coming! Or does getting deep into the playoffs satisfy the people of PH? Because doing that means they beat the Birds. CCH's new coach will have his work cut out for him for sure.

So anything that happens next year that is just gravy for the Blueboys? Interesting. How will the faithful respond will be very interesting. With the brutal schedule next year, CCH may/may not take some lumps. I guess all you can say then is hang in there boys!
