Hey I agree that its a flop. Not mad at the kid or acting like he is the only one ever to try and draw a foul. It amazes me how often we get caught up things that really dont matter.

 

Flops happen. They happen way too often. The NBA recognized this and did something about it. I wish the NCAA would too. That said, no one would be talking about the flop if Jones didn't walk around for 10 mins after the fact rubbing his jaw like someone sucker punched him. You flop, see if you get the foul, then move on. He knew he didn't get hit, he knew they were going to see that on the video yet he continues act like like he had been hit. Just dumb.

Game was a battle, as it usually is. Glad the Cats came out on the good side. No let downs moving forward.

I don't think many NBA scouts would be very impressed with their performance in this game. But there's a lot of season left.

 

It almost seems like they play their worst in the big game this season, but they still come up with a big time play when needed.

UK basking in the morning afterglow, and Ralphie with "Old Blue". All is right with the world.

 

I thought that UK went after a LOT of ball fakes.

 

It was driving me nuts. Something I think that they will definitely be working on at Camp Cal.

 

Something that also blew me away, and HT will agree, why in the world didn't we call a timeout late in the game when KAT was trapped in the corner. We had three left. That one is on Cal.

You could see him trying to call it but no dice. Also everyone talking about the flop. What was worse I thought was him pulling on Johnsons arm before the flop and no foul called. That happened all day on rebounds, if you got it you were going to get mugged.

Well hopefully this puts to rest that UK could beat the Sixers. If the Ville shot 25% from the floor and was 2 for 13 from behind the 3 point line against the Sixers, they lose by 40+...

Andrew and Aaorn are better than they showed in this game, and they did play some pretty dang good defense too. I think it was just an off game. The starting lineup UK trots out everyday isn't broke so no need to fix it at all.

 

I agee, would just like to see Ulis with more playing time but Cal knows more than anyone on here what they need or don't need.
