2014 Draft: Who's Staying & Going?

Featured Replies

He should have probably left after his freshman year because he doesn't seem to have gotten any better.

Lost himself a lot of money. Only thing he gained was memories.... I'm inclined to think if he stayed this long he shoulda just stuck it out the whole time because I don't think he'll make it in the league.

Harrison's would make more $ if they stayed for another season

How many of these guys are considered bona fide first rounders? 10? 12?

Ones I have seen as probable 1st rounders:

Kyle Anderson - UCLA

Joel Embiid - Kansas

Tyler Ennis - Syracuse

Dante Exum - Int.

Aaron Gordon - Arizona

Rodney Hood - Duke

Zach LaVine - UCLA

Marcus Smart - Oklahoma State

Noah Vonleh - Indiana

T.J. Warren - N.C. State

Andrew Wiggins - Kansas

The rest are really toss ups. A couple could MAYBE sneak into the first round (if any do it's McAdoo or Clarkson), but the majority of the rest will be definite 2nd rounders, with a possibility of going undrafted.

So to answer your question, 11.

Add Jarnell Stokes from Tennessee to this list

Tennessee's Jarnell Stokes to enter NBA draft

Does anybody think he's ready? I think he can play in the NBA, but I'm worried if he'll be able to stretch like they do in the NBA. NBA stretching is a totally different game than college stretching.

He learned how to stretch at UT

Read where Parker said he hasn't talked to Coach K yet and is waiting to talk to him before deciding.

What's he been doing, the season has been over for 3 weeks? Does K talk him into staying?

Comments from Tyus Jones: "By the way, one of my teammates at that U17 World Championship in Lithuania was Jabari Parker – who I’m looking forward to teaming up with again when I get to Duke in the fall."

Uh oh. Could it be true? Hmmmmm...
