They have an M tattooed on each butt cheek. When the moon you it says MOM. Do a handstand and it says WOW.

46 and 3 tattoos. I have no problem with tattoos or piercings to an extent. I always tell the kids, if you're going to get one, 2 rules: 1) Not below the short sleeve for potential employment issues and 2) Don't get it from a big fat sweaty guy named Mac on Madison Avenue.

 

My tattoos: First one from a big fat sweaty guy named Mac on Madison Avenue when my first son was born. Second: on my back shoulder when my second son was born. Third: My sons names and birthdays on my right shoulder because it was date night with Mrs. Birdbrain and she was getting ink done. The Next: Mrs. Birdbrain initials on my ring finger because she will always be the one…..

 

Pierced my ear once in college and showed up on a job site working for my Dad, he said nothing. 20 years later my Mom told me he came home and asked her if that meant I was gay. Yes, he is old school and has never once said anything about my tattoos…..or my previous ear piercing. Love that man.

A lot of women get a cute little butterfly tattoo when they're young. Unfortunately, by the time they're 40, it will look like a moth that got slammed into a windshield.

......or as my friend says about his daughter's butterfly tattoo: "like a pretzel."

Almost 48...basic ear piercing on a woman is ok...no to everything else with a few exceptions, like the military guy who has a USMC or Army tat, something like that.

I can't joke like this with Lawnboy, because when you consider the mullet he used to rock back in the day, its all very believable. Anyone who has met you... its funny

 

And I avoided teasing plantmanky because of all the "green thumb" piercings and tats that could potentially exist.

As far as the fad itself, I think it's hilarious how folks think they're somehow being edgy by getting tattoos, despite the fact that everybody's doing it these days. It's pretty passé if you ask me.

Wow, I never thought I would be considered hip/edgy by NOT having a tattoo or a piercing. Awesome. It's like all my wide ties and leisure suits. I just know they will come back someday!
