3.86.9 at most places in this area' date=' and I believe this is the high for the year.[/quote']

The high all summer? No way.

High for the year as of now.

Our oil reserves, I read are at a 31 year high.

Time to open them up for a month.

I fully expect gas to be over $4 by this time next week in Louisville.

Jack Conway should investigate the fixing of prices.

Oh, he is running for Governor. He will need that Ashland Oil money and backing...never mind.

3.99 in Licking County

Diesel fuel did not go up (fourth time this has happened, when gas has gone up) and at some places it is now cheaper than gas.

Was down to $3.79 from $3.89 over the holiday weekend in NKY. Should be going back up for the drive home this evening.

Even that's not going to matter for the vast majority. Unfortunately, it's not feasible for most to adjust in the manner that would bring about any real change.

$5 gas will not affect anyone in the slightest. You can sit in any parking lot or travel down the hi.ghway and there are 10-15 trucks or SUV's to one Chevy Cruze or similar car. Americans are just not going to conserve, I'm telling ya

I'm going to respectfully disagree $5 a gallon would hit American pockets deeply if it's nationwide. I think we would see SUV sales die again and this time stay dead. Don't underestimate $4 a gallon people will feel it all summer.

Left Cincy tonight it was 3.99, traveling to Gatlinburg and gas is 3.39 in northern TN.

So glad I don't have to pay for my gas to get to and from work these days. Really a big lift on my pocket book. Also utilizing the motorcycle as much as possible when the weather permits, these gas prices suck.

Just got gas on 42 in Florence for $3.58. Krogers on Mall Road was $3.63 with 100 cars waiting.

What a country we live in:(
