Places like O'Charley's is considered a restaurant and you can carry in those places now. And if it's concealed in those places you CAN drink a couple of drinks.

Just quoting from Cinti Enquirer version of story. Regardless, Schickel is just serving as the messenger boy for the NRA on this one.
