February 5, 201412 yr All in all this is a decent win for the Cats. Two in a row is a nice start to a run.
February 5, 201412 yr Whose was the guy in the post for the Cats! He plays that hard the Cats are going to be heard from.
February 5, 201412 yr Pretty good all-around win by the Cats. Henderson did hit a few shots but I thought that they did a pretty decent job on him by switching everything. Great game for WCS. Hope it keeps his confidence level up.
February 5, 201412 yr Author Whose was the guy in the post for the Cats! He plays that hard the Cats are going to be heard from. I was expecting Melancholy-Stein to show up. Instead, Willie Cauley-Stein decided to come to play. Excellent showing tonight by WCS.
February 5, 201412 yr Willie is fee - We found Willie !! Tonight was the WCS from the first of the season. This one was a very good "team" win. I thought the defense was excellent, especially in the 2nd half. At one point I think that the commentators said the the Cats had 12 blocks, not sure how many we ended up with. Guys were passing the ball, attacking the basket, scoring or getting the foul. Randle didn't have a big scoring night but played what I thought was a good game. He did a good job checking the mouth of the south (Henderson) when he was on him. Poythress imo just keeps getting better. Another conference win, hopefully this team will keep it rolling going into Starkville on Saturday. GO BIG BLUE !!

I thought that the Cats did a pretty decent job on him, frustrated him most of the night. I was waiting / wanting him to get "T'd" up a couple of times, he deserved it on a couple of his barking at the official. U.K. did not let him get under their skin as he does a lot of teams.
February 5, 201412 yr What the hell is a volume shooter? Is it someone who has to shoot a bunch to score points? If so that clown Henderson fits the definition.
February 5, 201412 yr If you like dunks and blocked shots this was a good one to watch. Some vicious dunks tonight, and the speed Julius showed going coast to coast was phenomenal.
February 5, 201412 yr Welcome back to the team Willie! We missed ya buddy Well said. We really need him to make a run in March.
February 5, 201412 yr Love the new player intro they introduced last night. The video features former UK stars Tayshaun Prince, Jodie Meeks, Terrence Jones, DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis as well as former Wildcat coach Joe B. Hall. The themes of the video were similar to what Calipari has asked of his team of late: Play every possession. Play with passion.
