February 4, 201412 yr I didn't realize how much of an opinion I had on the subject until I started typing away. I've avoided the topic in conversations and threads because it's just become painful to discuss any more these days.

I've had to do these for my grad degrees...nothing more frustrating than asking people to take literally a minute or two of their time, and only a fraction of them do it. By goodness, you better be there to help them out when they need you, though. Good luck with the project!
