July 19, 201511 yr Fixed birthday dinner for my son. We had Prime Rib, fresh green beans out of my garden, cucumbers in salt water, potatoes, onions and peppers with lots of herbs, and fresh white peaches for dessert.

July 20, 201511 yr Didn't feel like cooking last night so we made a batch of Sweet Onion "Crack" Dip. Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, diced sweet onion, mayo, and black pepper. Bake it in the oven for about 45-50 minutes and enjoy.
