Chili spaghetti, Italian bread, sliced kiwi (for you, guru).

Visiting the folks in Sawville and Mom's frying up bacon for BLTs with the tomatoes out of her garden. This will be four times this week I've had BLTs, and I never liked them much in the past because I'm not a huge fan of lettuce or tomatoes. But when they're fresh from the garden, well, different story.

Throw a fried egg on that thing, and you have my favorite sandwich.

Love a BLT&E.

We loaded up on breakfast at the Belterra this morning, so I'm good on eggs for a couple days.

Butterfly pork chops on the grill with scioto Ribber bbq sauce on them!!!!

Mrs. S made Italian meatballs, then browned them in a pan, covered them with Prego, and melted mozzarella over all of it. Sided it with mixed veggies.

Chicken tenderloins cooked in the skillet with pork fat and a dash of olive oil, heavy diced onion and powdered garlic.

Loaded baked taters, heavy butter, and mild cheddar cheese with sweet corn on the side.

Mickey D's quarter pounder and fries that I ate on the plane.

We were in Punta Gorda Friday night.

I love Punta Gorda. My husbands sister and her husband own a 2nd house there.

I love BLT. I put a huge slice of onion on mine and about 1/2 lb of bacon. Lately I made mine with cinnamon raisin swirl bread. It really is good.

Tonight we had roasted Pork Tenderloin in a herb dry rub with roasted potatoes, carrots and okra. I also took banana peppers, roasted them and then stuffed them with beer cheese, they were really good.

It was $1 hot dog night at the ball park. I purchased 6. First I opened up the foil on each, threw away the buns, and put the dogs on a drink carrier tray who's center I covered with the foil from one of the them. I then sliced them up and covered them with onions, jalapenos, and lettuce. It made a big hot dog salad.

I brought my own bottled water, so supper was all of $6 and I got my fill.

We haven't been in Punta Gorda since before Charlie tore it up, back in 2004. They used to have a nice 3/8 mile race track out on Duncan Road east of I-75. We went there with my brother-in-law several times when he raced in the Top Cop Racing Series.

Looks like its going to be crab legs tonight for me. One of the local Kroger stores has them on sale, wife brought a 3 pound bag home. I sent her back to get two more bags lol. I don't need any sides but told her to grab some ears of corn for her and the kids.

Just gonna boil the crab legs with seasoning, clear the dinner table and put newspaper on top, dump the legs and a few ears of corn on the newspaper with bowls of melted butter for dipping.

Pizza/sub joint called Dough Boys at Hilton Head. Excellent...

Try guessippis near shelter cove.
