Dinner: what did you have?

Featured Replies

We had jumbo shrimp and broccoli in a hot/sweet chili sauce served over noodles. I didn't have the noodles because I don't like pasta. For dessert fresh peaches from Georgia....they were soooo good. Bought a whole box from C&H Citrus that comes to Mt. Sterling every summer with the peaches. In the winter months I get their oranges.

Oh also had fresh cucumbers and tomatoes out of my garden.

I can drop you off as many fresh peaches as you want Sunday afternoon on my way home from the Peach Jam. I always hit a roadside stand and pick up a bushel. Let me know...

Cooked up some fresh Amish beef from where Grandpa lives. Put it over mashed potatoes with some peas.

Small / Individual pizza at Larosas with Pepp, Sausage, Shrooms, Onions & a Fat Tire Beer. Very good.

Amazing how much pizza taste better when eating at the establishment.

Or after a couple beers!

Had loaded baked potato chicken casserole. Delicious and very easy to make. Worst part about it is it has to cook for 90 minutes.

Bless your heart, yes I will love some!!!!!

Waiting on steaks from Scioto Ribber, first time in awhile. Our favorite frequented restaurant. Never had a bad meal here.

Wonderful as always, best non filet around. The green beans are awesome as well. I highly recommend! I heard their peanut butter pie is great but never had room to try it. Haha

Sushi and vegetable tempura at Oishii Sushi, Taylorsville Road. A strong 4 stars out of 5. Next time I go I want to take Randy Parker just so he can experience the oyster roll.

Where is this restaurant?

We had grilled pork tenderloin and grilled veggies. Only day in awhile it hasn't rained so I thought I would grill while I could. Peaches for dessert...they were so good.

Scioto Ribber is in Portsmouth Ohio. About a block or 2 from Shawnee State University. They grill/smoke chicken, steaks, and ribs that are as big as pork chops. I think all their meats are great as is their homemade bbq sauce. The only 2 kinds of steak they have are ribeye or New York strip, 2 sizes 16 or 32oz.

We actually bought a quart of their bbq sauce to bring home with us to use on my grill.

Went to Drakes for their $5 Burger.

Honey jalapeño BBQ, onion straws, and cheese.

Excellent. I rate it #2 behind The Cellars Bulliet Burger.

Bacon would have made it #1 .

Grilled Chicken that had been marinated in teriyaki sauce, fresh half runner green beans, cucumbers & taters out of the garden. Dessert was Chocolate Eclair cake.
