I don't think Garrett is fired. A lot of this seasons struggles are a result of an awful defense. He will be retained for one more year is imagine.

He may have already been fired...I can see it now, he walks to his office and the locks are already changed.

Thinking Jerry may have sold his soul for early success and is now paying for it with yearly painful season endings.

Jerry wasn't very happy with the loss. I know JG isn't the only reason they didn't make the playoffs but I think it's best for the organization to look elsewhere.

I think it's safe to say the play clock operator is gone. Only reason he/she is still alive is that the Cowboys still scored on that drive.

Jerry Jones stated yesterday Garrett will be head coach in 2014.

If I'm a Cowboy's fan I would be worried that the Romo injury gave enough of a reason to give Garrett another shot. It will put aside the ineptitudes of the past few years and games of this season. All you need to know about Dallas is that last week you would have thought they won the Superbowl and Romo was an all time great for leading a comeback victory over a 3-11 team with a backup QB and putrid defense. Garrett has gone 5-3, 8-8, 8-8, and 8-8 with what I feel to be among the more talented rosters in the NFL.
