Honest question for many here and I'm sure its been brought up before.... does Bridgewater really warrant a #1 overall pick? I feel like he is a good QB but not great and feel like other players warrant getting that spot a bit more however due to the QB fever by many teams it could happen.

Not sure who else is available out there. I believe he was slotted up there at the start of the season, is he still there on the early draft boards?

High risk, high reward, very similar to Geno Smith.

I can't really pinpoint anything, but he just never has jumped off my television screen. He seems to have a great feel for the game and pocket presence which is an undervalued skill coming out of college. I think many thought Teddy would really take off this year due to the schedule strength and carrying forward the momentum from last season. Whether it is his fault or not, the Cards (including Teddy) have underwhelmed from the opening kickoff of the season. And frankly you just don't have a lot to go off of. He has put up solid numbers, but a lot of games there has been no DB within 10 yards of receivers due to the talent gap. That is not his fault but people still have some reservations - rightfully so - because of it.

Great game. Thought UC would pull it out. Congrats to Highlands grad Adam Dempsey on an awesome career at UC. The kid just worked his tail off to get on the field and to earn scholly. Loved seeing him put Bridgewater on his rear!!!

He ran for his life last night. That line is really beat up and there's just not much depth. After Kamran Joyer got hurt, you could watch the guy they subbed in at right guard get beaten over and over again.

Haven't followed closely but it does just seem like he's falling off the radar somewhat. Kind of like a kid going off in March Madness, he sure seemed like a lot hotter commodity last year after the FL game. He's got an abundance of heart and guts and I would sure like to see him go No. 1.

In the UF game he impressed with poise, moxy, and decision making. The numbers were just solid though for a college game: 20/32, 262 yds, 2 TD, 1 INT. I think many think he torched UF up and down the field for 400+ yards. But it was a good UF defense he was playing against, too. Off that game the expectation I believe was that his numbers would be off the charts and dominating. And with the schedule that was a fair expectation. It just hasn't worked out liked that.
