UL o-line is terrible. Not sure what has happened.

No.....it was the last game of the season, it was "OK" to not worry about Teddy's health as much....as you saw, the OLine is not very good at all....if they no huddled all season, Will Gardner or someone else would've been the QB last night.

You all are cracking me up with this Teddy "doubt" conversation.....I have no idea how his NFL career will shape up. But to say he wasn't spectacular, this season, is plain ignorant.

Who has said his season wasn't spectacular? It did not live up to the high expectations with off the chart numbers, Heisman, National Title, etc. To think otherwise is more so ignorant.

Just because Teddy is leaving (probably) doesn't mean UL won't be good in the future. Strong is a good coach who knows how to win games. I think he probably is still learning the nuances of how to be a head coach and will continue to improve in that area. His style is not sexy but it is effective.

I think letting Teddy rip at the line and keeping defenses off-balance would have also helped keep him upright. More than one way to skin a cat.

I'm not sure how running no-huddle puts him in more danger than seven step drops and having to sit in the pocket with a target on his back...

I think he is someone once all the combines start will end up seeing his stock fall some. He probably will still be a first rounder, but I do think other QB's stock will go up and possibly pass him once the combines start.

He is a very good college QB no doubt about that. I just think once the combines start, other QBs intangibles will start to show more than him. I think what we see of him already is what we already know. So his stock may not drop, but I think others may rise enough to pass him on teams boards. Its the same way I felt about Brohm when he was coming out.

 

I hope he does go #1 though because the times I have watched him, he is fun to watch!

UC play calling in the final minute and OT was terrible, they took the ball out of Kay's hands.

 

Both defenses are not good, one more game for Teddy then sell all your UL stock. He did a good job picking UL up at the end secured the win.

 

The Cards will be fine once Teddy's gone.

Sounds like UC is going to the Belk Bowl.
