Final

Way to go Purples...

39-25.

Actually, it was Bowling Green 39 St. X 25.

Congrats Purples! I really enjoyed watching this game on Ihigh. BG is the real deal. Seems their only weakness is punting the ball.

Trying to type too fast.

Nice win for the Purples.

Who makes up "the big 3" again?

Who makes up "the big 3" again?

After tonight, their is not such thing at the "Big 3", it is a mythical thing that does not exist this year.

Seems to me BG is pretty good folks.

Kicking game looked better as the game went on, and St. Xavier being able to get the rush that they were able to on some of the punts undoubtedly hurt BG. On the whole though, I would definitely agree that their kicking game was one of the few weaknesses they showed tonight.

B. Green answered every time X would threaten. Even with that, X had there chances late and just couldn't capitalize. BG also had a few more opportunities to put the nail in the coffin and got a couple of TDs called back on penalties that really had nothing to do with the play, plus 3 missed PATs made things closer than it should have been.

Good thing hardly any team will be able to make them punt.

Wow! Great game. Any details?
