But these teams don't try to win this scrimmage, it's just to work on some stuff. Don't want to show too much, there are spies everywhere...

I have no problem with T being picked #1 to start the season and I hope they are I just hope at the end of the season the Tigers are in the top spot!

I keep wondering how a team, that only returns 8 starters and have a new head coach, can be the top ranked team in the state. I'll go with Trinity.

When I take a look at the long term health of the Trinity vs X rivalry, I know that domination by one side or the other isn't good. Frustration has lead to some ugly incidents from some of the X side and their lack of support for their team, especially in the second half of games is not good. So in my head, I know that it is good for X to take a turn at the top every now and then. My problem is that I never want it to be this year. Some other year would be better. So once again I will want the 'Rocks to beat the suffing out of X.

Talent has never been the issue at X. Even in the years were the games were blowouts, X had just as much talent. Only problem is the use of the talent. Not everyone was used in the manner they should have hence the blowout games.

The last three years that is debatable to say the least.

Many say that St. X shouldn't be #1 preseason because they have a new coach. What if Glaser was still the coach this fall? Would they be #1?

^ I don't care who is #1 right now. The fact that X is...is questionable.....but it would also be, if we are #1. Either way, I don't care. I do feel that we have more "answered" questions. We'll have to see what the product on the field looks like. I, for one, LOVE, the X excitement.

The last 3 years T's top may have been better but overall talent was equal. Was there a quick on the sidelines at x? No, but as a whole the talent was pretty much equal.
