I have never understood why people have to "come out". And I don't want to hear the psycho babble about the stigma, yada, yada. It's old news and the culture has become so pro gay that it's not a shocker anymore. I never understood why idiots like Wilt had to announce his sexual escapades either. He's gay, let's have a parade.

I'll admit I'm not a huge NBA fan, but I've never heard of this guy.

He & his twin brother Jarron were freshmen on the 1998 Stanford team that UK beat in the Final Four. Jason had to medical redshirt that year, but Jarron played a few minutes in that FF game.

I agree. At the end of the day, he's still black, 34, and a center in the NBA. He left out mediocre.

You sure? I know some folks who caught The Gay for a little bit but it's cleared up now.
