What "Normal" Food Can You Not Stand?

Featured Replies

I'll try:

I can't do olives. I'm just about the only person in my family who doesn't like them(extended family included). I won't eat boloney, or spell it right. I can do sweet potatoes, but only if they taste like desert.

I'm not really picky at all, though.

I LOVE liver and onions but I don't eat it very often as it is not in any way shape or form low cal. And if given my preference when eating fried chicken I'd pick the liver. As a teenager my mother ran the kitchen for our church's summer picnic for several years. The livers from the hundreds of chickens that were prepared were just discarded so Mom would get a few gallon jars, collect them and take them home. I loved chicken liver night. Mom would dredge them in seasoned flour and pan fry them. I could eat them like popcorn.

Congratulations....You've just made the most disgusting post in the history of BGP. :puke:

Yay me:clap::clap:

Spaghetti and meatloaf

First post so I figured I'd make it a good one, list of things I can't stand to eat:

Salad, ranch, any salad dressing, tuna, mayo, mustard, onions, cold tomato, cheese (only cheese I will eat is mozzerela on pizza), bologna, meat loaf.. might be easier to just list what I eat.

Steak, chicken, beef, potatoes and a few vegetables- PLAIN. I am a restaurants worst nightmare when ordering food.

Sounds like a trip to Subway is out of the question.

I LOVE liver and onions when done right. There's a little restaurant up the river - Moyer's Winery - that does them just about perfectly.

When I was a freshman at Morehead there was a guy on our floor who worked at KFC. Once in a blue moon he would come back late at night with a bucket of livers or a bucket of gizzards. Really hit the spot, especially when enduring a case of the munchies.

Green Beans

Olives (particularly black ones)

Love and devour all varieties of olives

Spaghetti

Lasagna

Meat Loaf

Also, I hate chives on anything.

Also I can't stand any kind of liver...
Braunsweiger is delicous with onions and horseradish on rye bread

Been there. Not a gizzard guy myself. Not because of the flavor but the texture.

For me...it's biscuits. I just flat out don't like 'em. Period.

Even with butter and jelly? Gravy?
Or even better, with honey on them! Soooo gooood!

I can't stand Brussels sprouts, absolutely hate them!

I'm with AllTell AND ADopted ADmiral. There's almost nothing I won't eat, except peanut butter. I'm picky about how how food is prepared, but if it's not poisonous, I'm down with it. :D
