October 6, 201213 yr I think it was a good idea to initially redshirt Towles; and I have no problem taking away the redshirt when you are 1-4 and hosting a top 20 team. I also think that with a few breaks the 'Cats could be undefeated this season. The loss at home to WKU was not that big of a deal. Joker and his assistants are doing a terrific job keeping this program focused and heading in the right direction. (Oh by the way, my 7-yr old informed me that today is "opposite day".)
October 6, 201213 yr Author If Towles can go next week I say start him and let him be the man. I see him as the future and with the redshirt burned, I say take our lumps and let him get the experience in the SEC.

October 6, 201213 yr As I said in the game thread the sooner Neloms finishes playing the better for UK. Miles Simpson has been a disappointment on defense. O-Line made it hard for both frosh QBs today. Pat needs to take some air OFF of his passes. I think it will be him and Max Smith competing next year for the starting job. Right now Max is better.
