September 3, 201214 yr And that's at least 1 million times I've read some variation of this post by you in the last 2 years. You have to be tired of patting yourself on the back. Not to tired at all considering how much crap I took for suggesting that UK was making the wrong decision back when I mentioned it. People had no problem always bringing up when I was wrong about Carson Palmer, which I was wrong. So when I do make an argument that majority of people disagree with and end up discussing for awhile and I end up being right I will bring it up because people sure bring it up when I was wrong on Palmer. I really only bring up the arguments that were bigger and went on for awhile, when the majority of people disagreed. Since the Palmer thing was one of the first big things that I argued big time with, and ended up being wrong but yet people always brought it up still to this day.So I will bring up the other big argument I ended up being right about too. It goes both ways.Just like you can expect the same if the Ravens blitz more this year than last, because Im sure if I am wrong Spindoc won't let me hear the end of it haha:thumb: Edited September 3, 201214 yr by futurecoach
September 3, 201214 yr Should have got Mike Leech when we had the chance, now it looks like Petrino. Leech sure had an impressive showing the other night... I really would be fine with Petrino.
September 3, 201214 yr Until we find someone who can recruit at an SEC level, we will never take steps forward. Wrong about when it comes to taking steps forward. UK took steps forward under Brooks, and could have taken another step forward when he retired with the right hire.
September 3, 201214 yr Wrong about when it comes to taking steps forward. UK took steps forward under Brooks, and could have taken another step forward when he retired with the right hire. I meant taking further steps from the Brooks era. With the right hire after Joker we could see further success than we did under Brooks.
September 3, 201214 yr Should have got Mike Leech when we had the chance, now it looks like Petrino. Petrino isn't coming here. He once refferred to UK as a bunch of smurfs and Mitch would never go for someone like that.
September 3, 201214 yr Petrino could have all the girlfriends on the side that he wants, and I couldn't care less. Petrino can coach and recruit his butt off. My only worry with Petrino is would he stay? I personally think he would.
September 3, 201214 yr Shouldn't be. ^^^^ Why not? Just because football is going through a rough stretch? Have you seen how well UK is doing in all of our other sports? Good enough to be the number 2 athletic program in the nation according to the Capital One Cup. Barnhart is the athletic director. Not the football director. I think he is doing a fine job across the board.
September 3, 201214 yr As soon as Ky makes a coaching change the same fans will be crying about needing another coaching change.
September 3, 201214 yr I've still yet to hear a realistic successor to Joker. I'll stake my job on the fact that it will not be Petrino...he has no desire to be at UK...he will probably be the next UT coach. Leach is out West and I think he is a horrible hire...so, if we fire Joker, who do we get that is an upgrade?
September 3, 201214 yr Doesn't make one bit of difference who is coaching now or in the future, Ky. will never, ever be a competitive SEC football team.....
September 3, 201214 yr Dabo Swinney Skip Holtz Tee Martin Bobby Petrino Mike Leach Gus Malzahn Greg Schiano
