November 11, 201213 yr Playing out of my head down here in Bama. 3 more skins today on birdies. I am dialed in with the driver and putter. Final round in the morning then heading home.
November 12, 201213 yr We had 18 skins this weekend amongst 5 guys and I took 6 of them with 4 Birdies and 2 Pars. By Sunday afternoon after playing 50+ holes my back was killing and we all were pretty sore. Here are a couple photos of the Ross Bridge Course. The first is the 10th Tee Box and the other is a buddy teeing off on 18 crossing water. We played the Whites on Friday to get acclimated and the Orange on Saturday and Sunday. The Orange was around 6900 yards. A couple 510 yard Par 5's.....crazy yardage but a fun course.
January 14, 201313 yr Anybody going to the golf show this weekend? I have my discounted tickets from the Golf Exchange all lined up and am excited to go for the first time. Am I correct in understanding that a golf show ticket will get you into the entire Sports, Travel, and Boat show?

I know the one in Florence does very well and I suspect this one will do well too. It is on the corner of Richmond Rd and Wan O War, right in front of Hooter's. Stop by and see our old BGP buddy diggerphelps for some nice deals!

February 26, 201313 yr Does anyone have advice on the best/cheapest way to ship golf clubs. I moved to Colorado a few months ago but my clubs are still in my parents garage, and once we dig out from this blizzard I really want to hit the range to get some strokes in before spring. Thanks in advance! I've shipped mine with FedEx twice, it isn't the cheapest, but I think they do a great job. When it comes to my sticks, safety and dependability beats a few bucks.

Got a new (well, used but new to me) TaylorMade driver in the mail today - just your basic 2009 Burner but the price was right (9.99 plus $9.99 to ship); got new (again, new to me) Callaway Big Bertha irons. I do what I can on a limited budget. Looking forward to a new golf season!

February 27, 201313 yr Author I bought a used TaylorMade hybrid at the Golf warehouse in Lexington. I believe that was the store anyway.
