June 29, 201214 yr 77 here at 7am this morn. Wondering if I should even attempt to play golf in the morning. Maybe the ridiculous heat will help my long irons. Or not. Then again, you have an excuse.

June 29, 201214 yr Did an hour circuit training regiment at 6:00 a.m. and it was around 80 by 7:00. Jumped on the bike by 7:15 for a 32 mile ride and I was struggling. My gauge read 87 when I jumped off the bike. Bring on 108.
June 29, 201214 yr Argh. This heat has not been very kind. I've been trying to kick this cold/flu thing that seems to be just lingering with me here for the last week. Been making things pretty miserable.
