I think they are 40 points better than Baylor. You didn't notice anything different in the second half? Are you kidding me? Were we watching the same game? Cal even said he called off the party with 18 to play. Should of at least tried to beat them by 40. When you've got a horse like this team, don't hold them back. A 20 point lead is never safe with a half to play.

Wow. You're one of Pitino's bridge jumpers aren't you?

If Uk plays their game and doesn't get into silly foul trouble, I think they win by 10-12 points. I can see the first half being a little ugly defensively for UK. I think Cal will wait for the 2nd half to really ratchet down the defense to guard against foul trouble.

I also see Pitino having UofL players flopping all over the place like they have done for the past 2 years against UK. I believe MKG and Teague will need to be prepared to cut hard to basket when ball goes into Jones, as their defenders will be the double downs. I think Dieng plays Davis 1 on 1. It should be a good chess match between 2 good coaches. I am looking forward to it...

I see Pitino playing UK a little like he played Florida. He will use Zone and soft press to try and stay in the game. With about 8 minutes left he goes to an all out blitz and making the game ugly. UK came a little unglued in the first game when this happened.

They aren't 40 points better than Baylor come on that's ridiculous.

How ridiculous is it? They were 20 points better in the first half. They aren't 40 points better every night, but they could have been on Sunday.

Gorgui Dieng will be at the center for Louisville. He's quickly become my favorite Cardinal with the way he carries himself and his hilarious interviews (both intentional and unintentional).

The C-J's Eric Crawford penned a great feature on the guy for Tuesday's edition.

Dieng a giant on, off the court

I hope Dieng's attitude never changes...........we could all learn something from this young man.:thumb:

So you are telling me if they play 20 times UK beats them on average by 40 points? Please. Of course they could have been for 1 game but they weren't and they weren't even close. They won by 12.

I think they're wrong. No way UK/Louisville game isn't the 2nd game IMO.

I heard that CBS chose Kansas-Ohio State as the 2nd game because of the Sullinger-Robinson matchup, and they thought it would be a more competitive game than UK-UofL.

Pretty easy choice if you ask me.

^I think the team was not fully into the SEC tournament. The way Cal talked about how he hated the tournament and thought they were a waste I think it filtered down to the team. They have been very focused since the NCAA started.

I said the same thing in a conversation with some buddies yesterday. They never seemed to get into the SEC tournament, and imo part of that was what they were hearing from Coach Cal before the tournament started. He let it be known that he was not a fan of the tournament and just as soon not even be there. Plus, he said a loss in it would not hurt their seeding, which it didn't but I think it took a little edge off some of the players.

Outside of KY, I'm not sure many people wouldn't rather watch the other game.

That's where I think CBS is wrong. I think Ohio State will be Kansas by 12 points or so. I think the UK/Louisville game will go down to the wire. I still haven't decided who I think will win.

OSU is favored by 2.5 and UK is by 9. CBS goes on what is likely, not what some people might think.

Vegas is smarter than us, history proves that.

No way you can form that opinion based on the talent on the teams. The only reason you think that is because it's Louisville and Kentucky. That's meaningless to the players.

And I hope Vegas and CBS are right. Pitino and Louisville scare me.

No, it's more Pitino than anything.
