Doesn't change the fact that those two teams are pretty close and the game was a coin flip. Just to say the SEC is weak because Wisconsin won that game is useless. The SEC was weaker than the Big 10 but Knight's idiotic take that UK wasn't tested isn't backed up by Vandy missing a jumper and the refs missing an obvious foul on the rebound. UK played Lou, Kan, UNC and IU OOC and Vandy 3 times and Florida twice in conference. They're plenty tested. Knight is a moron and he's touting the Big 12 left and right. UK handled a Big 12 team yesterday pretty well. if UK doesn't win it all it's because they get outplayed not because of their schedule.

March 19, 201214 yr There are 5 teams left in the Sweet 16 that UK has played. Their only loss was on the road by 1 on a really good shot. I'd say UK has been tested well enough further cementing that Knight is a moron.
March 20, 201214 yr And that just shows how out of touch he is. Vandy is as good as anyone in the Big 10, or Big East outside of Syracuse. He is not only spiteful he is also stupid. A.... no, not true. Vandy is on the level of a Purdue and/or a USF They were a good team in a very poor overall conference. If they were all that they'd still be playing. I'm thinking Vandy lost to U of L and Wisconsin... true?
