Somerset names Bobby Bowling head coach

Powell County boys assistant coach, Bobby Bowling has been named head coach at Somerset.

Congratulations to Bobby. He’s from my home county and I’ve known him and his family a long time. He loves basketball and has been assistant coach or helped in some capacity, mostly for boys teams, at Owsley, Breathitt, Hazard, South Laurel, North Laurel, and Powell. He’s been around the game quite a while and has mentored under some excellent coaches.
