Purple88
Was at this one. IMO X was in control of the game the whole way. Their rolling DLine was impressive. But give PRP credit as they did not quit and kept fighting. Biggest play of the game IMO was when ultra-talented WKU signee Shannon Bishop received a punt early 4th Q and joked the whole X team but the punter got in the way even with a PRP blocker and tripped up Bishop. Next play PRP fumbles. Went from +7 to 0 and lose possession. Can't do that with a good team like X. PRP is a dangerous team. So is X. Going to be a HUGE game next week; always is, but it should be close this year. Fun game!
gchs_uk9
I made the trip up for this one and really enjoyed it. Sat with @Purple88 which is always fun. Huge crowd on hand for a good game. I'll echo what was said earlier that it never seemed like X wasn't going to win, but I applaud PRP for making a good second half run. PRP has a ton of skill and good size but they weren't quick enough in the trenches against the size of X. Both teams have potential going forward and PRP is a legitimate top-tier club in 6A. thsrocks
I believe St.Xavier raised their record versus PRP to 20 wins and 0 losses. Lots of tickets available for the Tigers next game. :-)
