CincySportsFan
Is it just me, or has MLB screwed the pooch this year with scheduling? Too much of playing a team one week, and then turning around and playing them again the following week. Not a fan.

CincySportsFan
That's been the norm for years. If so, I don't remember it being this bad. I looked at last year's schedule and there were 2 instances where the Reds played Team A, then played Team B, and then reversed fields to play Team A again. By comparison, it's already happened 5 times this year, and will happen again next week when they go to St. Louis (12th, 13th & 14th), before hosting the Cardinals (19th, 20th & 21st). sumoroyal
Reds still can't win in New York and the Mets traded all of their players.
Just Hangin Around
Romano with another 5 inning output; 8 hits, 6 Ks, 0 BBs, 2 ERs, 97 pitches. These young guys need to learn to pitch and trust their stuff. They nitpick and get their pitch counts up early which limit their innings. The 0 BBs is encouraging albeit against a minor league lineup the Mets are running out there these days.
