47 point buck in TN

I know nothing about deer hunting and racks - but how do they get to 47 points? I tried to count everything I could see and the most I could come up with is 43. Maybe there are four more points you can't see in the picture?

Must be 1" long to count towards score. I counted 47 although some look like they will be close.
