I'm not sure if Phelps is ready for Lynn Camp, Harlan, or Pineville. No I'm not saying those 3 are top teams, however history has shown from that district that the talent has really dropped off after Pikeville and Hazard. If Phelps beats Jenkins and/or Jackson Co pretty easy I will agree they can compete with those 3 teams. Right now I don't see it. LC and Harlan should have solid teams this year.

Lynn Camp has a decent shot at the district title this year. Preseason, I think they are second behind Williamsburg. They have a favorable schedule to start the year, and could be 6 and 1 or 7 and 0 going into the district. They played closer to Pineville and Harlan last year, hopefully this is the year they get back on track.

Should easily be the favorites in their district, and could be a region finals.
