Yes you are reading his correct. A very good game!!!!! Silver Grove played their hearts out! Brossart had their #1 and #2 on the mound and the Big Trains almost pulled off the upest. Muench is a stud on the hill. Kramer is stud at the plate! But Wiseman pitched a hell of a game for the big trains!! Then Pelle, Wiseman and Davidsons almost pulled it out it late in the game. Take nothing away from Bishop Brossart, they are one of the top teams in northern kentucky. But don't count out the TRAINS of Silver Grove!!!!

The trains coming off a heck of a game vs. Bishop Brossart today. They gave one of the top teams in northern kentucky Brossart a heck of a scare. Brossart broke a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the 6th and winning a hard fought game 5-3. The difference in the game was the outstanding pitching of Brossarts ace Muench. It should be a good game tomorrow if the weather permits it to take place!!!!

Yes Scott Brown is who I was referring to. From what I hear he is just as tough as giles if not better. I know he is a heck of a hitter. Sounds like Gall. Co. does have a tough 1-2-3 on the mound.

who is their #2 then? They had a tough pitcher who played 3rd when he was not pitching. I think he is thier top hitter. From what I hear he is the better pitcher. Then I heard J.R. was #2 then Giles.

But haven't the mustangs beat the Camels the last 2 meetings and mainly with an underclassmen team last year? I would take Muench and Brossart over Hurd and the camels. But your right CCHS if they play up to their potential they should be tough.

Calvary over the Grove??????? Didn't the big trains beat calvary 3 times last year and the Grove return 7 starters! 1. Brossart 2. Scott 3. CCHS 4. Silver Grove 5. calvary

Not walk away with it, but if Brossart plays the way I think they will, they should be district champs. They beat both CCHS and Scott last year with mainly underclassmen. This year they return their top 2 pitchers and most of their starters. Scott and CCHS lost some good players from last year. It will be a dog fight. But I am pulling for one of the smallest (if not the smallest-78 students in the entire HS) public schools in the state SILVER GROVE. They may not have as much talent as the bigger schools, but they won't back down to anyone!!

NKU would be nuts not to offer Pelle a full ride!!!! I would put him up against any player in Northern KY. He can shoot, drive, pass, and defend.

Not going to happen!!!! Brossart has the top pitcher and catcher in the district. They also play solid defense and they put the bat on the ball. Toughest district in the region by far!!! Scott is going to have thier hands full with CCHS this year. Silver Grove and Calvary will be better then you think!! Pelle is a ball player and not just in basketball!!!!

NCC has a better field in Silver Grove then Silver Grove does in Silver Grove!!!! Figure that one out. It's only taken us 20 years to get dugouts put in. Yes and our field still looks like it does last year. Crappy!!

silver Grove's field is not as bad as it used to be. The new dugouts and concession stand make it look like a baseball field. At least until you walk on it and figure out it is not level. If it rains on a sunday we don't play on the field until thursday. This year we had to take down our pitching mound because we have to share it with the softball team. So we will have a portable pitching mound (similar to St. Pats).

At least you guys have a feeder program! Our school doesn't even have a feeder program. We are K-12 so if they do not go to our school we don't have anyone else coming in!

His name is T.J. I think he is the math teacher. I confirmed our game with him for this season and he said it is his first year ever coaching baseball.
