Who is coaching this year? i know the position was vacant for quite a while.

His name is T.J. I think he is the math teacher. I confirmed our game with him for this season and he said it is his first year ever coaching baseball.

Did a guy by the name of Jeff Jones ever coach there? It would have been around 2000 he coached there.

 

If he did how did he do? I went to college with him and if I remember correctly he told me he was coaching there. I lost track of him about this time.

Has Bracken County ever tried to go outside of their own to coach baseball? Lykins has tried to Coach football, basketball and now baseball and though I admire him for stepping up to do these things,isn't it about time someone else in Bracken County stepped up and coached. Am sure there are young energetic, ex-good ball players in the surrounding counties of Fleming and Mason that would like a job. Was this job even advertised for? C'mon Bracken County

Jeff Jones was hired but could not coach due to other commitments and that was too bad. He would have helped that program along. The last few years the Olliers did a great job. Too bad they are gone.

Was this Jeff Jones from Bracken County?,because think there are 2 Jeff Jones just in Bracken

No I believe Erlanger Lloyd and Pendelton Co is where he played HS ball. Played for Coach Myerhoff in the summers and went to Union.

Sure would like to see someone along those lines take over the baseball team. One guy can't just go from sport to sport to sport. Mr. Lykins has done freshman basketball,middle school football and now varsity baseball(Probably leaving out something else).

How Bout they start with a Longer field I just kidding T.J. Is a good person for the job.
