After 2 innings from Robert Englert, Chris owens came in after Deming loaded the bases with no out, a throwing error, a bloop single by Matt Gaunce, and then a base on balls issued to Justin Hendrix, he retired the first 2 batters, then Devils Caleb Curtis hit a single to center field, plating Nate Clifford, Owens for St.Pat pitched hitless performance after that till the rest of the way.

I was told Owens had help on defense. Deming reached first on an throwing error one was walked 3 other players were thrown out at first. Garrett Young pitched a very good game he struck out 8 St Pat players. Errors killed Deming but first game jetters over they will pull together. I also told they played 3 innings in the JV Deming scored 9-1. They face Bath County Thursday.
